I’ve had the privilege of writing with Lisa for the past six years. Not only do I benefit from her critiques, but I also enjoy reading her books. Centrifugal Force, one she's discussing today, held me spellbound with the intensity, mystery, family dynamics, and foreign intrigue Lisa put into it. When I finished a chapter, I tried to scroll down to read the one she hadn’t written yet, so it’s a page turner.
Thank you, Gail. You’ve always been encouraging, and very good at forcing me to keep up with you, or withholding your own work from me when I fell behind you. I wasn’t sure I liked that at first, but I came to admire your technique in knowing me better than I knew myself. Since that first book we’ve worked on several together.
Actually, it’s the other way around. You’re the one who keeps me on task. I have to stay ahead, so I can keep up when i…

So fierce was there jealousy, they plotted to murder their little brother. Joseph's story is familiar. God used the dysfunction of a family to save a nation. Family rife is as old as Cain and Abel and sometimes with just as serious consequences.
In Hosea’s Heart, my main character, Aubrey Beaumont, worried for his children because of his addicted wife’s choices. Darlene became an overachiever, Paul excelled in golf and sought a…

June shares one of her favorite Bible verses and a delicious recipe to nourish us body and soul.
"For I am convinced that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities, nor things present nor things to come, not powers, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 8:38-39
Thank you for the comforting verse.
I love this recipe because it's low carb. It provides both protein and vegetables, and it's easy to make.
