A Warm Welcome to Heidi Glick Hi Heidi, first, tell us a little about yourself. I have lived in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Florida, California, and Canada (briefly—my parents were missionaries for a short period). I currently live in Northwest Ohio. I’m married and have two children and six pets. Before I became a writer, I taught science and edited science documents. Now, I stay at home with my kids and write fiction.  Lots of  writers loved to read as children. How about you? Were you an avid reader as a child? If so, what did you read? As a child, I had insomnia, which I would later find out is most likely because of ADHD. I required little sleep and stayed up a lot. My family encouraged me to read at night.
