Sharon's Mom Nourish the Body -- Pumpkin Bread 2 & 2/3 Cups flour 3 Cups sugar 1 & 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons baking soda 2 teaspoons cinnamon 2 teaspoons nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves 4 Eggs 1 Cup oil 2/3 Cup water 2 Cups pumpkin 1 Cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts) Preheat oven to 325. Spray your bunt pan with Pam Baking spray, set aside. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl to completely combined. Pour into pan and bake for 1 hour. Since oven temps vary, after an hour touch the top of the cake, if it doesn't feel done to you give it 5-10 more minutes. Insert a toothpick, if it comes out with moist crumbs attached, you're done.
