Tell us a little about yourself.  I enjoy creating fiction novels and Christian articles. Inspirational Suspense and Mysteries are my favorite, but anything I write (unless it’s non-fiction) has to have romance. I’m just a romantic at heart. My main goal in scribing is to show how people face adversity and overcome through divine mercy and grace. My days are filled with keeping my grandsons. My schedule also includes doing what I can to support my husband’s ministry. Hubby and I enjoy singing southern gospel, and we go to other churches and re-habitation facilities when time permits. What inspired you to write this particular book? I took a romance novella I'd written and revamped it to make it a suspense novel. The suspense version made for a better story. Sharon's Mom Nourish the Body -- Pumpkin Bread 2 & 2/3 Cups flour 3 Cups sugar 1 & 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons baking soda 2 teaspoons cinnamon 2 teaspoons nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves 4 Eggs 1 Cup oil 2/3 Cup water 2 Cups pumpkin 1 Cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts) Preheat oven to 325. Spray your bunt pan with Pam Baking spray, set aside. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl to completely combined. Pour into pan and bake for 1 hour. Since oven temps vary, after an hour touch the top of the cake, if it doesn't feel done to you give it 5-10 more minutes. Insert a toothpick, if it comes out with moist crumbs attached, you're done.
